He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Harris has been recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit and startup endeavors across multiple regional and international awards, including Forbes Asia 100 and World Summit Awards. He believes in building and empowering talented teams to drive RaSpect towards its vision.

Dhanada, a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA, brings over 25 years of diverse work experience to RaSpect in the areas of structural engineering, non-destructive testing, and structural health monitoring. Before joining RaSpect, he was a visiting research scholar at HKUST and is a member of the Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow of the Hong Kong Concrete Institute (HKCI), and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)With over fifty publications to his credit, he is passionate about the 35 - Safety, Serviceability, and Sustainability of built infrastructure.

Andy is a skilled software engineer and system architect with over 12 years of experience working on large-scale projects involving teams of over 20 members. His diverse background in various positions, including project manager, allows him to effectively manage potential project risks and provide technical support and advice. Andy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong.

Tony is a professional SUA pilot with an advanced rating issued by CAD. With a background in mechanical engineering, he specializes in the application of SUA for building inspection and condition surveys. Tony leads the RaSpect Academy, where he trains and builds a global network of drone service providers for inspection of built infrastructure.
